At Hanataba Flowers & Chocolate, we value your satisfaction and do our best to ensure every order is delivered fresh, beautiful, and as promised. Please review our refund and return policy below:
1. Fresh Flowers & Perishable Items
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers and chocolates, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered.
- If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
2. Non-Perishable Products (Vases, Gifts, Accessories)
- You may return unused, non-perishable items (such as vases, gift boxes, or décor) within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Return shipping (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery for a full refund.
- Same-day and custom orders (such as wedding arrangements or special event flowers) cannot be cancelled once prepared.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
- Please ensure that delivery details are correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or if the recipient is unavailable. In such cases, redelivery fees may apply.
