We understand that plans may change, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Standard Orders

• Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as your order may already be prepared or in transit.

2. Same-Day Orders

• Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as preparation begins immediately after payment.

3. Custom & Event Orders

• For custom arrangements, weddings, or corporate events, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
• Deposits paid for custom or large event orders are non-refundable once preparation has started.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
