Flower Care Guide

Keep Your Flowers Beautiful for Longer

A little care can help your Hanataba flowers stay fresh and beautiful for longer.

For Bouquets

1. Trim the stems
Cut approximately 1–2 cm from the bottom of each stem at an angle before placing your flowers in water.

2. Use fresh water
Place your flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh, cool water. Change the water every 1–2 days.

3. Remove leaves below the water
Remove any leaves that sit below the waterline to help keep the water clean.

4. Keep them somewhere cool
Avoid direct sunlight, strong air conditioning, heat sources and warm windows.

5. Remove fading flowers
Gently remove any flowers or leaves that begin to wilt to help the rest of the arrangement stay fresh.

For Flower Arrangements in Floral Foam

Keep the floral foam moist by carefully adding a small amount of fresh water each day. Pour slowly into the centre of the arrangement and avoid overfilling.

A Little Reminder

Fresh flowers are natural and every bloom is unique. Their lifespan can vary depending on the flower variety and surrounding conditions.
